Ten minutes alone with Alice

THE NIGHTSHIFT

Ten minutes alone with Alice. Ten decisions. A first glance at how you lead.

You are the last Keeper on duty in the Museum of Time. At 2:04 a.m. the Stabilizer in the Hall of Eras begins to flicker and the Burning Library starts to leak into the archive. The day shift left a note: do not touch the panel. Alice is on the intercom. Teo, the night intern, is on the radio from the far wing. You have until the day shift arrives.

What happens
Ten decisions, each with three choices and a 45-second Clock. Two of them give you twenty seconds. Alice narrates and voices everyone else. She never says right or wrong; every choice gets one line of consequence.
What you get
First Glance: three strengths, one blind spot and your team-role tendency, each tied to the decision that showed it. A teaser profile from ten decisions, not an assessment.

The day Keeper knew the wing better and you finished anyway. Who on your team is waiting to be handed something?

Team-role tendency

Closer

Decisiveness and ownership; finishes, often alone.

A team session would confirm whether you hand the captaincy over or only hand it back.

Median decision time: 11 s · The card you would reach for first: Cancel the Order

Alice “I would like to hear what you do when someone uses Cancel the Order on you.”
