The pain, in your words

The notebook is the bottleneck

  1. 01Two facilitators, two diagnoses. The diagnostic is whoever was in the room and whatever they still remember on Thursday.
  2. 02There is no benchmark. "Better than last quarter" is the only comparison a client ever gets.
  3. 03The engagement ends when the slides do. Nothing calls the client back on day 30.
In your words
Clients want evidence after a workshop, not a photo of sticky notes. I cannot be the facilitator and the assessor at once.
Consultancies, executive coaches and business schools

The promise

Your facilitation. Alice's observation.

Alice directs the session: she narrates, voices every character, tightens the plot and keeps the Clock. The Alice Assessor listens to every exchange and turns it into 92 indicators, 25 competencies and 7 team-dynamics dimensions, scored against the Cohort.

You keep the client, the debrief and whatever comes after. The report carries your logo and your notes. The scoring is the same instrument every Alice session uses, in every partner's hands, which is what makes your benchmark worth something.

Said

Our workshop improved collaboration.

Didsample

Pulse-Test deltas on all 7 dimensions at day 30 and day 90, in the client's own report, under your logo.

Dimension 3, Voice: +11 percentile points at day 90. Dimension 5, Roles: +6. The other five within 3 points of the session baseline.

Said, on the left, is what the engagement claims. Did, on the right, is what the client's report shows at day 90. Every Alice session adds a right column; the left one is already in your deck.

How a partner runs a session

One client session, from your seat

A partner session as it runs. Sample timestamps; the slot is yours to pick.

The rule under the clock

Alice runs the Room. You do not touch the Clock, the cards or the rotation, and neither do we. A partner who could soften the peaks would be selling a different instrument. Every client you run is scored the way every other team in the Cohort was scored, and that is the only reason the percentile on your cover means anything.

Sample session · a client team of 9 · Timefold · your workspace

  1. Day -14 In your workspace, Sessions → New session. Client team, world (Timefold for most teams; Blackout for operations and crisis teams), a slot in the client's time zone, the access policy for Gap Cards, and salary bands for the People-Risk Map if the client gives them.
  2. Day -13 Room Check links reach the participants. Each one sees what Alice does with audio and consents on screen. Two minutes, no installs: Chrome, Edge, Safari.
  3. Day 0 · 09:50 The Room opens ten minutes before. You open the session owner view. 7 of 9 here. Alice starts at 10:00.
  4. 10:00 Briefing. Alice: Pick a captain. Sixty seconds. Nobody keeps the seat twice in a row.
  5. 10:15 The Stabilizer fails. Alexandria 48 BC.
  6. 10:15-11:55 Four eras. You see what every session owner sees: progress across eras, who is connected, Room health. Not the transcript.
  7. 11:55 Last decision. Alice is compiling your report.
  8. 12:09:32 Report ready in your Reports tab. Generated 14 min 32 s after the last decision.
  9. 12:10 You lead the debrief with the Executive Dash on screen and the Director's Log and Moments open. Alice's own debrief questions sit in the Log if you want them: Why did you decide that in the Mint? What else could you have done?
  10. 13:00 End.
  11. Day 30 · 90 Pulse-Tests go out under your logo. You come back with the deltas on all 7 dimensions.

Co-branding

Your logo. The same 92.

What changes on a partner report, page by page, and what does not.

  1. 01 Cover Your logo Your logo. Your firm's name under the team name. "Debrief led by [name], certified Alice partner."
  2. 02 Executive Dash Unchanged Three conclusions in plain sentences, Team Potential as a cohort percentile band, the People-Risk Map with a money line per risk.
  3. 03 Debrief notes Your page Your reading of the session, your recommendations, your next steps, in your words.
  4. 04 Heat Map 25x5 Unchanged 25 competencies by 5 levels: Absent · Emerging · Working · Strong · Signature.
  5. 05 Moments Unchanged Timestamped transcript excerpts behind every score. Text only; raw audio is gone within 24 hours.
  6. 06 Gap Cards Under your logo Unchanged in content; delivered under your logo by the access policy you set with the client.
  7. 07 90-Day Playbook Your name 12 steps in 3 sprints. The owner column takes your name on the steps you take on.
  8. 08 Pulse-Test Under your logo Invitations at day 30 and day 90 go out under your logo. The deltas land in the client's report.
  9. 09 Method and Confidence Unchanged Including one line in small type: "Measured by Alice · alice.report". Your client's DPO will ask who processed the audio. The answer is on the last page, and it is true.

White-label is the report, not the Room. In the session the participants hear Alice by name; she is the Director, and the consent line on Room Check says so. We do not rename her for a client. A facilitator who tells the team who is listening is a facilitator the team trusts in the debrief.

Who runs it

Three practices. One instrument.

Consultancies

The session is the diagnostic phase, with data instead of interviews. The 90-Day Playbook is the engagement plan: 12 steps, an owner per step; your name goes in the owner column where the work is yours. A leadership team of more than 12 splits into two sessions and compares on the same benchmark.

ArtifactThe 90-Day Playbook with your name in the owner column

Executive coaches

A one-to-one engagement rarely gets to see the client with their team. One session does. The client's Gap Card, three strengths, two gaps, three Moments as evidence and one recommended pairing, is the first page of the coaching contract. The Pulse-Test at day 90 is the last. Alice measures; you coach.

Business schools

An executive cohort splits into sessions of 5-12 and every section is scored against the same Cohort. The Solo Probe is free and takes 10-12 minutes; assign it as pre-work and open the first class with seven team-role tendencies already in the room. The report is next week's case.

Certification · included in the Partner plan

Three steps. Then your name on the cover.

  1. Sit in

Start with the Solo Probe. Then take part in one session as a participant; run it on your own firm first.

You leave with your own Gap Card, read before you ever read a client's

  2. Learn the instrument

Three online blocks with Mila Ekimenko, who wrote the 92 indicators: the pipeline from Signals to the Cohort, the eight methodologies behind the scoring, how to read the Director's Log and Moments, how to run a debrief the team hears together first.

The sample report, debriefed by you, reviewed against the method

  3. Lead a debrief, reviewed

Lead your first client debrief. Before it, you walk the report with us; after it, we walk your notes with you.

"Debrief led by [your name], certified Alice partner" on every cover from then on

Included in the Partner plan; no separate fee, no exam, no badge wall. The certification is that your debrief holds up against the Moments.

For your client's Legal team

Written to be forwarded

The security page is written to be forwarded to a client's Legal team. This is the short form, in the same words it uses.

Participants consent before the Room opens. Nothing is hidden from participants except the plot. The Alice Report is decision support for a human debrief, not an automated decision about anyone.

What we never do
Facial recognition, emotion recognition.
What we delete
Raw audio within 24 hours unless the client opts in.
What we protect
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access.
Where
Data residency EU/US on Enterprise.
Where we are honest
GDPR-ready processing. SOC 2 Type II is in progress; we will say so until it is not.
