About Alice

Your team, without the masks

Alice is a neuro-quest: a cinematic simulation, directed by AI, that measures how a team really behaves under pressure. ALICE stands for Adaptive Leadership Intelligence & Competency Engine. She is built and operated by Discover IT LLC and by two founders: one wrote the method, the other is building the platform.

What she measures
  • 92 indicators
  • 25 competencies
  • 7 team-dynamics dimensions
  • 8 methodologies
  • the Alice Report 15 minutes after the last decision

Where the method came from

First in a room. Then in the browser.

In 2024 and 2025 the method ran with a human director and two human assessors in the room. The team were the Keepers of the Museum of Time. The Stabilizer was broken. Four eras, four lost artifacts, a rotating captaincy, eight cards and a clock. The two assessors scored 92 behavioral indicators by hand from a checklist Mila Ekimenko wrote, synthesized them through eight established models, and delivered an Executive Dash, a Heat Map, a Gap Card for each participant and a 90-day playbook. It ran in person and it ran over video calls for distributed teams.

It worked. Within a week of one session, a headquarters team at a national top-3 telecom operator cut meeting time by 40% and closed two cases that had been stuck for over a month. A financial group found a situational leader nobody had on the list, reshaped the launch team, shipped on time and on budget, and reported 120% ROI in three months.

It also had a ceiling. Two assessors can observe one room. A report written by hand takes a human to write it. The method could run for the team that had the offsite budget, and for no other. Then AI could listen to a room, attribute every turn and time every decision. The checklist became the Alice Assessor. The director's script became Alice. The same 92 indicators, the same report, now 15 minutes after the last decision, for any team of 5-12 with a browser.

2024-2025
It showed us the team's patterns without distortion: who slows the process, who drifts into detail, who takes responsibility. After the debrief we matched the insights to our live work and rebuilt our working agreements in one day.

Meeting time cut by 40%. Two cases stuck for over a month closed within a week of the session.

What Alice is now

Two Alices. One instrument.

Alice the AI Director runs the Room: she narrates, voices every character, adapts the plot and the difficulty, triggers twists and manages the pressure in real time. The Alice Assessor listens to every exchange and turns it into Signals: who spoke, who interrupted, how long a decision took, who handed over the captaincy and who never did. Signals become 92 indicators, indicators become 25 competencies, competencies become 7 dimensions, scored against the Cohort. The Alice Report is on screen 15 minutes after the last decision, with a Moment behind every number.

Two worlds are in development, Timefold and Blackout, four eras each. A third, Deep Current, is in production for Q1 2027. Sessions run in the browser with no installs, for teams of 5-12, in 120-180 minutes. The Solo Probe is free, takes 10-12 minutes, and is where most founders start.

What we believe

The other 83 percent

Our thesis: Technology-driven team building is only 17% of the success. 83% is data for decisions.

Alice is built for the 83. The cinematic part exists to provoke behavior that a questionnaire cannot; the report exists so that a decision about a team is made on what the team did, at which minute, against which cohort.

Our mission is a behavioral dataset for every team, not an offsite for one. What a team does under pressure, measured the same way every time, benchmarked against the Cohort, handed back the same afternoon, and sharper with every session that runs. Every tool HR owns measures what people say. The moment AI could listen to a room, a tool that measures what people do had to exist. We built it.
